If Pixlr will not load when you try to edit an image, please refer below to the troubleshooting guide for your browser.

1.  When you insert an image or edit an existing image in your message, you can launch Pixlr by clicking either Edit Original or Edit as Copy.

2.  If you see a blank screen, click the shield icon at the right of the address bar.  This will open a security window.  Click Load unsafe scripts to open Pixlr.

3.  You should now be able to use Pixlr normally for the rest of the session.  You will see a red slash through the ‘http:’ in the address bar.  You may need to repeat these steps when you next log into Real Magnet.

Apple Safari

When you first load Pixlr in Safari, the browser will detect an error on the page, and that the page should reload.  After the page reloads, you should be able to use Pixlr normally.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Pixlr should work normally with Internet Explorer 11.  Real Magnet recommends using the latest version of Internet Explorer to have the most current security features.
