This online training will present the foundational information to leveraging Marketing Automation to your account and messages for a more strategic way to market your recipients.  This training will cover key terms and features and how they can be used in a meaningful way for your marketing needs.  We recommend that you watch this session before delving into specific campaign trainings.

Marketing Automation Listening Campaign Training:  Engagement

Marketing Automation Listening Campaign Training:  Engagement  

This online training will present one of the listening campaigns for tracking your recipients’ engagement.  This campaign is recommended for all accounts and a good foundational campaign to set up for tracking additional information for analysis with very little configuration.

  • Review strategy and tracking 

Marketing Automation Listening Campaign Training:  Lead Scoring 

Marketing Automation Listening Campaign Training:  Lead Scoring 

This online training will present one of the listening campaigns, lead scoring, that allows you to gather more data on segments of your audience by scoring their activity. 

This online training will target the following training goals: 

  • Steps to configure lead scoring campaign

This online training will present a simple way to test various elements of your message before sending to your complete audience with an A/B test.

Marketing Automation:  Call to Action Campaign Training 

This online training will present options for workflows for call to action and event promotions.  This type of campaign is one of the most widely used in the platform and has tremendous power with options for configuration.  In a Call to Action campaign, you send a series of emails to prompt campaign members to take action – perhaps downloading a document, registering for an event, or making a purchase.   

This online training will target the following training goals: 

  • What is a Call to Action campaign? 
  • Concepts of a rolling date campaign 
  • Concepts of a fixed date campaign 
  • Configure a Call to Action campaign 


Marketing Automation: Member Renewal Campaign Training

This online training will present options for workflows for the member renewal campaign. This campaign sends a series of emails driving members to renew their membership. The campaign keys off of a custom date field, which stores the recipient’s upcoming expiration date.  You set the number of messages to send, and the number of days prior to or after the expiration date when each message should be sent.

This online training is the first of two for the foundational information to configure a landing page with form fields to accept submissions and tracking information.  We recommend you start with this training session and if you’d like more advanced configuration view the advanced session.

This online training is the second to add to the foundational information in the basics and covers additional configuration options for your landing pages. 

This online training will target the following training goals: 

  • Learning advanced features of landing pages 
  • Create landing page templates 
  • Concepts of progressive fields 
  • Ability to add source information for the landing page submission 

Marketing Automation:  Workflow Builder Campaign Training 

This online training will present alternatives to our templated campaign approach with a blank canvas option of building your own workflow from scratch.  This session is geared for users who would like modifications to a templated campaign or would like to build all the logic on their own for a custom configuration. 

This online training will target the following training goals: 

  • Learn about the basic components of the workflow builder campaign 
  • Concepts of working with triggers and transitions
