Real Magnet has updated its navigation!
Now, you’ll find many of the feature permissions and user controls have been moved to their relevant tabs.
You’ll also find a new User Management page, which provides a single page where you can control access for each individual user, as well as their Enterprise controls.
This help article is intended to show you how to navigate through the new pages.
For example, let’s look at the new sidebar on the Messages tab. Controls related to messages can be found here. They are grouped by type in an accordion-style menu.
Click one of the highlighted accordion menu titles to expand it and see the controls underneath.
When you are done, click the menu title again to collapse it. You can click any of the links within to go to the appropriate page to use that feature.
If you’re not sure where to find something, you can click the Sitemap link at the bottom of the page. We’ve pointed out the Sitemap link in the screenshot below.
Clicking this link takes you to the Sitemap page.
Here, all the permissions are grouped according to the tab where they are found. You can click any link to go straight to the page and use the feature.
If you go to the new Tools tab, you’ll see it’s been updated to use our new style.
From here, you can easily navigate to the new User Management page by opening the Permissions menu in the sidebar, then clicking Permissions by Login.
This page has a grid which can be switched to show either logins, profiles (if your account uses the Profiles feature), or Enterprise teams (if your account uses the Enterprise feature.)
To change the view, click the logins link, and select a new option in the menu.
From the logins view of the grid, you can change the settings for individual users. Select a row, then choose either Edit, Permissions, or Enterprise (if your account has the Enterprise feature enabled.)
If you choose Edit, you can change the profile information for that login.
If you choose Permissions, you are taken to a page where you can control which features a login can or cannot use. This page also uses an accordion menu.
If your account has the Profiles feature enabled, you can assign a profile to this user on this page.
On the logins grid, you can also select a login and click Enterprise to manage their Enterprise permissions.
In the pop-up window, you can select which logins they will have views over, and to which teams they are assigned.
Managing Enterprise Teams
If your account uses the Enterprise feature, you can also switch the view to see your Enterprise teams. You can add new ones, edit existing ones, or delete old ones.
You can also assign multiple users to a team at once from this page.

If your account uses profiles, switch the User Management grid to the profiles view to see a list of profiles you’ve created. From here, you can add new ones, edit existing ones, or delete old ones.
