Caution! All users must be logged out completely from iMIS to prevent possible data corruption!

  1. Make sure all other users exit the iMIS system.
  2. Login to iMIS Desktop.
  3. From Customers, select Set up module> General, and click Additional Windows to open the Customer Setup – Additional Windows window.
  4. Click Define Tables to open the User Defined Tables window.
  5. Select the RealMagnet Table Name from the drop-down list.
  6. Scroll down to RecipientID for Type select Char for Length enter 32.
  7. Click Save. iMIS prompts you to update the server table.
  8. Click Yes.
  9. Click OK if prompted to restart iMIS.
  10. Click Auto-Create Window.
  11. Click Close to close the User Defined Tables window.
  12. Exit iMIS immediately.
