The integration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MSCRM) can work with either on on-premises installation with web service that has access to the internet, or with the online version of MSCRM. The integration requires a managed solution with a custom activity entity for holding tracking information be installed. Like all Microsoft platforms it is recommended that MSCRM be used via internet explorer, or Edge. The integration is compatible with MSCRM 2011 > 2016.
