The ‘Reply To‘ feature will send replies to your messages to a different email address.
Please note: the reply to feature is not an absolute – there are times when it will not work as expected. The first is pretty straight forward. The recipient clicks on reply, notices the email address that appears is not the same as from where it was sent, and they manually change it. The other has to do with how the email servers are set up on the recipients end. They may be configured to ignore the Reply To address.
Although we request your recipient’s email servers and email clients to send their replies to the original sender or Reply To address as you specify, it is ultimately up to the recipient’s email server or email client to make it happen.
