At times you may find the need to update a recipient manually, if the permission is enabled, you can update a recipient record.

  1. Click on the Contacts tab.
  2. Click on Simple Search.
  3. Search for the recipients email.
  4. When the recipients email is listed, click on the green details button.
  5. Update the recipients record and click submit.

Note: If you are updating the recipient’s email address and the recipient’s updated email already exists in the database, the system will alert you. You might want to delete the duplicate record by following steps 1-4 and then clicking on the delete button at the top of the details page.
