Conditional Branching (also called Skip Logic) allows you to create separate paths for survey users based on their responses to certain questions. For example, an organization conducting an annual perception audit of its customers might have different questions for different customer segments. Conditional Branching let’s you create a single survey to send to all customers rather than creating multiple surveys – one for each audience segment.

Conditional Branching is available for multiple choice – single answer question types, such as:

  • Drop down list (multiple choice – single answer)
  • Radio buttons (multiple choice – single answer)
